Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with a whole separate couch and seating area, and a comfortable balcony overlooking the square. The smallish bathroom was a minor drawback, but overall, it was a cozy and pleasant stay.
I stayed at this hotel with the widest rooms I have ever seen, offering a balcony view over the cemetery and skyline, providing fantastic views. The room needed some renovations like new floors and painting. Breakfast could have been richer, especially considering it's a 4-star hotel, and charging extra for a cappuccino at breakfast felt unnecessary. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in our room was not working.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the property is in need of refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The location is excellent, right across from the Recoleta Cemetery, but the dining options were lacking in variety.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious divided into 3 sections, but with small full beds and noise from the bar terrace until late at night. However, they were in good condition and some offered balconies with great city views. The location was fantastic right next to Recoleta cemetery with plenty of dining options, but the service was inconsistent. The dining experience was delightful with a varied breakfast buffet. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is in a prime location, right in the heart of La Recoleta neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and bars. The rooms are adequate but could use some updating. The service was unimpressive with attempts to overcharge upon arrival. The dining options lacked variety over multiple days. The best feature is the convenient location but falls short in service and dining experiences.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were like small apartments, spacious, and very comfortable, with a separate seating area and a balcony. The service was top-notch, providing me with all the assistance I needed in a friendly manner. The location was perfect for me, with a fantastic view over la Recoleta and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The dining experience was satisfactory with healthy options available. The facilities were great overall, enhancing my experience.
I was delighted to stay at this hotel in the heart of Recoleta, offering a charming view of the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, albeit showing a bit of wear. The service was exceptional, and the convenient location made exploring Recoleta a breeze.
Staying at the hotel for 6 nights from January 22nd to 28th was a mixed experience. The rooms, while adequately spacious, need updating and faced noise from the nearby lift at night. On the bright side, the balcony overlooking the Recoleta Cemetery offered a unique view.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, offering a wonderful view of the famous Recoleta Cemetery where Eva Peron is buried. The service was top-notch, with very courteous and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better, directly across from the cemetery and surrounded by fantastic dining options. The dining experience was satisfying, with delicious grilled dishes. The facilities were excellent, especially the sensational rooftop bar with a view across Recoleta cemetery to the rest of the city.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, but they definitely need a refurbishment as they were dated and had a moldy smell like cigarette smoke. The service was really nice and the location was unbeatable, right in the middle of everything with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the famous Recoleta Cemetery. However, the dining options were mediocre, and the facilities could use some improvement.
